Mission & Vision Statements
The Lutheran Schools of America (LSA) is a ministry support project of the Evangelical Lutheran Synod. It seeks to assist parents in nurturing the intellectual, social, physical and spiritual growth of their children. At its essence, the mission of the Lutheran Schools of America is:
"to establish Christian, confessionally Lutheran, community-based schools which are characterized by academic excellence, high student achievement and community service."
The strategic emphases of the Lutheran Schools of America project result in a creative and purposeful statement for its future existence. Through the structure and function of LSA schools, relationship-based Christian witness shall guide all school activities. The preeminent goal shall be sharing the Gospel and nurturing others toward a Spirit-led saving faith in Christ.
"The Lutheran Schools of America will be known as Bible-centered schools of classical education where teachers and parents work together in leading students to demonstrate academic achievement, social involvement, Christian commitment, self-discipline and service to their community."
